Warp Operator

Work under the direction of the beaming lead operator.
Follow all procedures to ensure safety and quality.
Follow direction of all management.
Set up warper per production sheet specifications.
Ensure that the end count, yardage, speed and other settings are correct
Ensure that the thread path is correct on the entire warper.
Use computerized controls to make adjustments to selvages and circumference.
Must be able to pay attention to detail.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Watch warper during beam production to prevent lost ends and damage to beam.
Repair any loose, or tight ends.
Record defects, selvage, circumference and other quality checks as required.
Upon completion of the beam. Tie ends off, put a lease tape in and doff the beam off of the machine.
